Judge Geake fails us all | The Economic Voice

After being found guilty of a sustained, cowardly and sadistic attack on an autistic boy of 17, the presiding judge Jonathan Geake gives the perpetrators a non-custodial sentence. The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was subjected to physical and mental assault from three ‘bored’ young ‘men’ (I use the term only in that they are male, they are not men in the real sense of the word, they are just scum). The court found that they kicked him and stamped on his head, threw dog mess at him and forced him to drink spirits until he collapsed. This all happened over a three day period. To make matters profoundly worse the culprits, Jack Bolton, Nathan Marshall and Andrew Griffin all from Eccles Greater Manchester, took mobile phone video footage of the event. This video showed them laughing and joking as they subjected the poor lad to this torture despite his begging and they even applied sticking tape to his genital area and stripped it painfully off. This shows a distinct sadistic streak in the three with worrying sexual undertones to it. Photographs of them can be found in the Mail here. The boy has now had to leave college and move from the area to recover while these three oiks walk the manor free. Hazel Blears has expressed her ‘Shock’ at the leniency shown for their depraved assault and has promised to approach the justice secretary Ken Clarke over the matter. ‘This young man has been driven out of the city and the perpetrators are walking round free. It should be the other way round, There is a sexual element to these offences – did the judge not consider making the culprits sign the Sex Offenders’ Register? These offences go way beyond bullying. They were sadistic and have clearly caused emotional damage to a vulnerable young man.’ she said. In my view, if the law can’t punish them properly then every pub, club, shop and football ground in the land should show their pictures and bar them entry. But of course that would be against their ‘human rights’ wouldn’t it? Read more: http://www.economicvoice.com/judge-jonathan-geake-fails-us-all/50013573#ixzz1...
